Project PEGASUS

Sell-Side Beratung – Deutschland

Description

As part of the PEGASUS project, Edelweiss advised the owner of a logistics company in the field of air, sea and freight, specializing in special-sized transport such as heavy and oversized transport. Through a carefully conducted editorial process and an anonymous market approach, we were able to identify the right buyers. The interested buyer, an international logistics company with an annual turnover of over 250 million euros and a special focus on machine logistics, ensures a continuous and high-quality continuation of the business. The energies between the parties are excellent and enable the entrepreneur to retire with peace of mind, while his family can withdraw completely from the operational business after a desired transition phase.

Quote from the management of Edelweiss:

β€œThe PEGASUS project illustrates our commitment and our ability to develop tailor-made solutions for our clients. We were not only able to find several suitable buyers, but also ensure that the handover of the company takes place smoothly. This success once again confirms the strength of our approach and the depth of our industry knowledge.”

Approach

Edelweiss’ approach to the PEGASUS project included a detailed analysis and evaluation of potential buyers to find the best possible match for the seller and their specific requirements. By leveraging our extensive network and knowledge in the field of specialty logistics, we were able to ensure a seamless and profitable transaction for all parties involved.
